The benefits of meditation numerous and profound and affect our mental, physical and emotional health. Yet, the practice of meditation can be elusive and frustrating. This 10-week course allows students to explore a variety of meditations to find the practice that works for them. It explores the mental and physical benefits of the practice as well as practical tips on setting a good seat, the importance of the breath and how to integrate meditation into your busy lifestyle. The course is open to all students and can be used toward RYT200 accreditation with Yoga 4 Life in partnership with Anne Arundel Community College
