Living the Life of a Yogi

Many students come to yoga class but how many practice the principles of yoga outside the walls of a studio? What does living a yoga lifestyle mean and is is practical? How can you create a more balanced, healthy, and fulfilling life through the practice of yoga.

Join Gabrielle Sule, author of My Life List: Yoga Journal, and creator of Salty Dog Yoga for answers to these questions and more in a 3.5 hour workshops on how to incorporate the 8 limbs of yoga into your daily life.

You will be guided through an energetic yoga practice (asana), learn the Yamas & Niyamas, practice and learn breath control (Pranayama), learn to apply sense withdrawl (Pratayara) and concentration (Dhyana), and final relaxation, transcending to a state of bliss (Samadhi)

Workshop cost: $45 (which includes a copy of Gabrielle’s book)
